I had a warranty call-back issue a few weeks ago. I thought it would be a brief fix, but the two-man crew spent half a day, thoroughly going over my concerns. In fact, they we WAY above and beyond what I expected to happen on a warranty. I am 110% satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Showalter Roofing.

I would highly recommend Showalter roofing to anyone interested in getting a quality roof done with high quality service and workmanship. I actually did recommend them to two other friends that also used them and are just as happy as I am. I started the process actually 3 years ago and I interviewed and got quotes from more that half a dozen companies. I went with Showalter because the most important things to me where the quality of the roof and the quality of the workmanship, as well as I wanted to work with a company that would do what they said they would do. From the very begining working with Patrick B. I was impressed on how different he was from the others and how up front he was. Othere companies tried to sell me things I knew I did not need and when I talked to Patrick about them he said right up front... "You dont need to do that and I am not going to try and sell you something you dont need". That goes a long way. During the work he was always around and did everything he said they would. My project was managed by Victor and if you get him on your job you are lucky. Victor was beyond professional with me. Minor things came up along the way, which is to be expected, and at every turn Victor solved every single thing. I felt he made sure my roof was done 100% correct in every aspect. I could not have been more satisfied. In this type of industry and with all the companies and "individuals" you can get to do the work there are a few things that really matter to me... integrity, honesty, transparency and craftsmenship are foremost among them. Showalter and the people who did my roof all have those things in abundance.

I couldn't be happier with my entire transaction with Showalter Roofing. Patrick Barry was very helpful in showing me the entire roofing system and explaining the components. I chose Showalter without even bothering to take other estimates in part because the estimate seemed appropriate based on the roofing job I had done on my old house a couple years ago, but largely because of the many positive recommendations from other neighbors on the Nextdoor site who had used Showalter in the past. I was not disappointed! The job turned out beautiful! The roofing team who was here were friendly, efficient, fast, and precise about their work. Many thanks to Victor, Jose, and the several men who spent a couple hot days up on the roof! And they did an amazing job of protecting my newly planted flower beds and cleaning up afterwards! I think they went over my yard with their nail magnet at least 3 times and then walked around picking up tiny bits of scrap even I wouldn't have caught. All in all, I'd highly recommend Showalter Roofing to anyone!

Matt and Mario did a great job and diagnosed our problem in less than an hour and had it fixed within 3 hours....just in time before another big rain!

I had 3 estimates. Showalter offered best product and guarantee for very similar pricing to others. Courteous staff. Lots of detailing in small areas. Good clean-up.
