Our skylight began to leak, and with another storm on the way we knew we needed to get the leak fixed. The turn around from our initial call to the Service Technicians, Arturo and Saul coming to our home was quick. They were courteous and briefed us every step of the way. We felt their price was very reasonable.

We loved working with all the staff at Showalter Roofing. The whole process went very smoothly. Patrick explained every thing very clearly. Todd walk the finished job and explained every thing that was done. The whole experience was great. We felt like we were working with family.

Showalter came highly recommended in my neighborhood, and I see why! Everyone was extremely professional and did an excellent job. Patrick explained things very well and made me very comfortable with our purchase. The office staff was polite and quick to respond. The roof was completed in one day and looks great. Matt and Alex even put a diverter for our rain barrel on to a downspout they installed for us and also directed the water further away from our home than our previous set up.

I had a warranty call-back issue a few weeks ago. I thought it would be a brief fix, but the two-man crew spent half a day, thoroughly going over my concerns. In fact, they we WAY above and beyond what I expected to happen on a warranty. I am 110% satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Showalter Roofing.

I would highly recommend Showalter roofing to anyone interested in getting a quality roof done with high quality service and workmanship. I actually did recommend them to two other friends that also used them and are just as happy as I am. I started the process actually 3 years ago and I interviewed and got quotes from more that half a dozen companies. I went with Showalter because the most important things to me where the quality of the roof and the quality of the workmanship, as well as I wanted to work with a company that would do what they said they would do. From the very begining working with Patrick B. I was impressed on how different he was from the others and how up front he was. Othere companies tried to sell me things I knew I did not need and when I talked to Patrick about them he said right up front... "You dont need to do that and I am not going to try and sell you something you dont need". That goes a long way. During the work he was always around and did everything he said they would. My project was managed by Victor and if you get him on your job you are lucky. Victor was beyond professional with me. Minor things came up along the way, which is to be expected, and at every turn Victor solved every single thing. I felt he made sure my roof was done 100% correct in every aspect. I could not have been more satisfied. In this type of industry and with all the companies and "individuals" you can get to do the work there are a few things that really matter to me... integrity, honesty, transparency and craftsmenship are foremost among them. Showalter and the people who did my roof all have those things in abundance.
