I had Showalter put on a new roof for me in early spring and they’re the best. This is my fourth home and had roofs installed on three of the homes. Showalter, by far has been the best. They were very responsive to my every question. The people they had to install the new roof were very professional and timely. I could not ask for a better roofing company. I recommend them to anyone who wants a professional roof, both in appearance, quality and durability.

I had the best experience with Showalter Roofing. Their entire team is top-notch. Andy on the sales side was phenomenal. He made several trips to my home and spent lots of time on the phone answering my questions. He was a true professional and a pleasure to do business with. His team also helped me successfully pursue a claim against my insurance company. The day-of went just as advertised - The team was timely and efficient. They left the job site clean. Enrique and Jon were the project managers on-site. They kept me looped in and updated on all way. It was fun seeing it all come together. Alex on the chimney flashing side was also great. Same for Michelle the office administrator, very professional and made scheduling a breeze. Phenomenal experience, 10/10, would highly recommend!

We had a bad hail storm in 2019 and the insurance approved roof replacement. I had used Showalter 25 years ago to replace a roof on another home and was very satisfied - so I called them again. I was not disappointed!! There estimator was timely and responsive - he communicated well was very competent and responded to all our needs. The estimate was in line with our insurance claim. The three crews (roof, flashing and gutters) arrived on time, were kind, courteous, worked very hard and were competent. The quality of the work was exceptional. The roofing crew was very careful to protect the planting beds and cleaned up frequently and thoroughly. The roof looks great. I could not recommend Showalter roofing more highly.

The crew worked well together. They cared for 3 buildings with a crew of 8 people. They each had a job and did it. They helped each other from start to finish. It's a really nice job done! Thank you everyone....

🤩 The tear off, the new shingles, the chimney flashing, the new gutters installed in a professional manner on time. Very pleased. So pleased that I pushed them to send me the final invoice, because I wanted to make sure they got paid without any hiccups. I want treat them as well as they treated me. This was first good experience getting construction done. It's always been adversarial.

We are thankful for the care you took for us as your customer. The first phone call I received from my inbound inquiry was quick and efficient. Patrick was scheduled to meet with us right away and helped us select the right material and price the project. He was engaging, lead the conversation where appropriate and was prepared for all our questions. Once the project was scheduled, everything ran on time with no surprises. Victor was one of the most responsive onsite leads I've worked with. Whether is was email or phone, Victor responded quickly and addressed our questions. Once the project was completed, our property was cleaned up as if nothing happened. Impressive. The roof looks great and the total experience from first call to completion was enjoyable. We will gladly make a referral to you should we be asked by neighbors or friends.

We used Showalter to put on new flat roof for a non-profit with volunteer staff. They were great at dealing with whomever was available at the time and always courteous, even though they had numerous people asking the same questions at different times. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
