I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the Daniel Goodman law firm. I was injured in an auto accident and needed a excellent attorney. I picked up the phone and did not hesitate to contact the Daniel Goodman law firm for the second time. Back in 2009 I had an excellent experience after hours of grueling research trying to select a good attorney. When I first met Mr. Goodman he reviewed my case and I felt very confident in hiring him. I understood in a very short 20 minutes of conversation with Mr Goodman that he's a no-nonsense take-charge get the job done attorney. Sure enough less than a year the case was closed and we were very satisfied with the results.
A few years ago I was struck from the rear for the second time, Fortunately I knew exactly the law firm to call. I did not at the time realize the seriousness or the extent of the injuries. This is why you need an attorney that is a personal injury specialist.
After a several tests and a MRI I was told by my orthopedic surgeon that I would require back surgery to correct the severe radiculopathy pain that I was experiencing. I felt lucky and confident that I went to doctor McNally from Alexian Brothers hospital. During this whole process Mr. Goodman would call and give me updates and ask how I was doing. I found him very reassuring and caring of my condition and recovery.
After a period of time recovering from surgery, physical therapy and preparing to be able to return to work. We were on our way and Mr. Goodman got to the business end of things. This was a complex case being a multi party lawsuit. It involved workers compensation, the motorist who rear ended me, And underinsured motorist liability insurance. There were depositions taken by insurance company attorneys. And let me tell you that Mr. Goodman did a great job preparing and providing counsel throughout the deposition he was there every step of the way.
Within a short period Of time and some serious negotiation by Mr Goodman I got the magic phone call and he said I closed your case. This was absolutely one of the best calls that I have received in a long time. There's certain events that you remember in your life. Important events they have great meaning to us. Let me tell you this is one of them. Mr. Goodman negotiated nearly 100% value of the policy. My wife and I were astonished at the results and the hard work Mr. Goodman put in. My wife and I both felt for all the pain and sacrifice that we went through in order to get through this very trying period in our life that Justice was served.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your office staff for all your help with my case. As far as I'm concerned there is only one Personal Injury Attorney-Daniel Goodman. We met Dan after we were referred to him by a mutual friend who was a co-worker of my husband. Our 16 year old son had been seriously injured in an auto accident.
